In the short term, it might be best for Bill to use either the SQLite command line interface or a third party GUI tool to perform the needed archive operations. In the longer term, we could add editing GUI to the viewer and/or build a browser-based archive inspector and editor. We should consider moving all of our GUI into the browser since (1) we know we want such a GUI in any case and (2) it would require less development time to build only the browser-based GUI rather than it and a standalone one.
