After further consideration, I think the current behavior is the most desirable default one. In general, I think it is a good idea for the viewer to interpret an archive as little as possible by default, and hiding stations, say, for which there are no data is more interpretive than not hiding them. We might offer a preference, however, that allows the user to indicate that they would like for the viewer to perform such hiding.

Closed this and a bunch of other issues that have become outdated as Vesper transitions from a desktop app to a web app.
