Overview

Makers Academy Week 4 Challenge.

Bookmark Manager web app built using Ruby, Sinatra, PostgreSQL RSpec, Capybara, HTML and CSS.

User Stories

As an internet user
I want to see all of the links I have saved
So that I can easily remember links I would like to re-visit

As an internet user
I want to be able to order saved links by date or alphabetically
So that I can find my saved links more quickly

As an internet user
I want to save a links address and name to my bookmark manager
So that I can re-visit a link at a later date

As an internet user
I want to be able to tag my saved links
So that I can search through the links more easily

As an internet user
I want to be able to filter my saved links by tag
So that I can quickly find links with that tag

Installation

  • Clone this repo: git clone [email protected]:harrim91/bookmark-manager.git
  • Change into the root directory cd bookmark-manager
  • Install dependencies bundle install
  • Run ruby app/app.rb
  • Go to http://localhost:4567
