It was rebuilt on Oct 17 on Jitpack from a commit from Mar 5, 2020, but I don't know why and if it's safe https://jitpack.io/com/github/JesusMcCloud/jtorctl/1.5/build.log

Yeah i would wait until things are clarified before making changes.

#128 is merged but the buildbot still fails from time to time. I cannot see an obvious reason for these random failures. Note that Haveno seems to be building fine on Mac and Linux. Not sure about Windows.

Caching seems to be disabled by default and we haven't enabled it.

The new checksum hash should work. If it doesn't, please try deleting the ~/.gradle folder and try again.
