Wrong checkbox position in horizontal form about simple_form-bootstrap

Add the following rule:

.form-horizontal .checkbox input[type=checkbox] {
  width: auto;
}

or better yet add this rule:

.checkbox-fix input[type=checkbox] {
  width: auto;
}

and update the gem's initializer under the horizontal_boolean wrapper from:

wr.wrapper tag: 'div', class: 'checkbox' do |ba|
  ba.use :label_input, class: 'col-sm-9'
end

to

wr.wrapper tag: 'div', class: 'checkbox checkbox-fix' do |ba|
  ba.use :label_input, class: 'col-sm-9'
end
