不用这么麻烦，gitlab-ce 镜像 在国内有镜像。https://mirror.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/help/gitlab-ce/
然后 sudo yum install gitlab-ce done!

... 我的是centos7, 用傻瓜安装方式安装之后，修改ip地址为公网ip后。外网死活连接不上。尝试在服务器上wget 公网Ip地址也连接不上，已经确认配置应该是正确的，是不是其他原因导致的
