Sign timestamping problem about zeronet

Can't reproduce the problem:

root@us3/h/sumo# dpkg-reconfigure tzdata

Current default time zone: 'America/New_York'
Local time is now:      Thu Jan 15 08:51:28 EST 2015.
Universal Time is now:  Thu Jan 15 13:51:28 UTC 2015.

root@us3/h/sumo# date
Thu Jan 15 08:51:31 EST 2015
root@us3/h/sumo# python
Python 2.7.3 (default, Mar 13 2014, 11:03:55)

Is equivalent to:
01/15/2015 @ 1:51pm (UTC)

So time.time() looks like correctly returns the date in UTC (atleast on linux). At the first release used content["modified"] = time.mktime(datetime.datetime.utcnow().utctimetuple()) # Add timestamp format, maybe the owner of 1JF4oezBUFMCbbct1uUnXHf4y3W3grUsXP still using that version
