Is it because of the type checking maybe?

I've changed it to lazyAttrsOf raw, as raw is available now. That should fix the problem.

Looks a lot better. Would be be possible to have something like raw that is also mergeable the first level?
I have nixos systems defined in two files:
- https://github.com/Mic92/dotfiles/blob/bcdeeca8e834b5629dc4960076c0cd3ca6eba969/nixos/configurations.nix
- https://github.com/Mic92/dotfiles/blob/master/nixos/cloudlab.nix
Having them not merge-able would defeat a bit the purpose of having the module system.
