PCSCF blocking with latest configs about docker_open5gs

Hi @zhemant, when I deploy using 4g-volte-deploy.yaml file P-CSCF connects to PCRF just fine and I see P-CSCF listening on port 3871.

Not sure why its not shown in your netstat. Can you tell me how you deployed the P-CSCF and share your pcscf.xml and .env file?

Hello @herlesupreeth , I am using sa-vonr-deploy.yaml for start and reducing the component list to dns, icscf, mysql, pcscf, rtpengine, scscf, smsc. I didn't change anything in the .env file or the configs except uncommenting the debug flag. The goal is to have IMS components in docker and the core components run in another docker system. I can see icscf and scscf registering at PCRF(in our case a translator). Am I missing any mandatory component which pcscf depends on for startup?

I will try with 4g-volte-deploy.yaml and possibly with re-created images to make sure it was not an image issue.

ahaa.. then its because I disable the Rx interface when using sa-vonr-deploy.yaml. You will notice the DEPLOY_MODE=5G environment variable passed to P-CSCF in sa-vonr-deploy.yaml. Based on the value of DEPLOY_MODE I enable or disable Rx interface

My mistake, I thought it was 5G but forgot we are still using diameter of 4G. Thanks a lot for your help and quick response.
