Standalone CPUID flags are coupled with `AVX512F` about xbyak

Using Intel SDE I tested test_util.cpp against a simulated Alderlake machine. Which has AVX512 disabled. Causing flags such as GFNI and VAES and such to not be detected despite the processor supporting it.
