Try to regenerate the tray icon when the system tray crashes about hexchat

I'm not sure if it's HexChat's task to handle other programs' crashes though.

That's not what I'm saying. If the system tray on the panel is removed, it
will not come back when you readd the system tray. Example: If I remove my
panel's system tray for a while, and it has the dropbox icon in it, when I
add it back, the dropbox icon will come back. HexChat's does not.

Yes, it applies cleanly, builds and does what it’s supposed to do.

Mind reopening this issue as the problem persists in (afaik and confirmed) cinnamon and KDE and hexchat-2.9.5.
A test case for KDE is:

1. start hexchat
2. restart plasma-desktop (killall plasma-desktop; plasma-desktop)
3. hexchat icon does not reattach to the systray.

Also, a bug was filled in the gentoo bugzilla about this happening on cinnamon as well.

@hasufell Works for me on Gnome and Windows so I havn't been motivated to install other DEs to test. (I doubt I even have the hdd space to install all of KDE)

I'd guess that fixing issue #1235 would change the story here at least for the future (i.e. plasma 5 and on)

Which imply that issue is not an enhancement but a bug.

It look like, when the systray disappear, hexchat try to put its icon back in the systray, and if the systray is not here, instead of waiting for the systray to come back, it just bail.
