Refactor SPA to make only certain pages SPA

Right now, the whole front end is a SPA (which this allows being hosted on a CDN). I am finding quickly that writing the whole front end to be an SPA is a lot to handle for an application. I want to look into refactoring the code so that most of the application is a normal frontend web app to follow some structure.

Docker Containers and Shared Services

Currently there is a docker container set to run the API. The container cannot access the shared services when just running the container on Linux. It is able to run the API container on windows starting it from the Visual Studio run Docker button.

It has something to do with the docker build only has access to file where it is run and the shared components are a level or 2 above.
