Steps to reproduce:

1. Please collapse all the parent columns
2. Try to scroll down the gantt's Yaxis it will be Desorted

We're aware of the problem and have tracked it here: #13898

As of now, unfortunately there's no workaround available. You can monitor the original ticket for any updates on the issue.
