I believe this bug is only on the explorer end, which hasn't updated to >= epoch 2.1 ready Stacks.js packages yet -- connect can send it to the wallet (which supports it), so the tx is successfully sent, but connect (on the explorer end) fails to parse the result, since it's not up-to-date

@janniks - for my app, which earliest version I can use, just enough to get rid of the error? Currently, I have these:
