Dealing with trigrams about phrase2vec

I think you could modify these code: line#59-60(Reference to this part of the code to add trigrams, which add trigrams to vocabulary); line#164-194(Reference to line#164-179 to add code of training trigrams). In addition, there may be some part need to modify.
