增加dbus运行选项 about fcitx

dbus的选项，可以在配置文件中设置啊，不一定要开选项吧。

开选项的话，则可以用imsettings的机制来方便设置。可以设置�
��：当登录KDE，并且安装了
kimpanel，则使用dbus模式运行fcitx，否则，则用普通模式打开。

要修改配置文件的话，难以实现这样的便利。

一个简单的patch，Fcitx只用短选项，所以这里用-b作为dbus模式�

现在是直接用一个参数指定需要调用的界面，kimpanel也增加了
单独的启动器。
