This is now supported. Pass --expert to quickstart to get asked or set /var/lib/acme/conf/rsa-key-size directly (see SCHEMA.md). The value you specify will be clamped to that supported by Let's Encrypt (2048 <= x <= 4096). Available in v0.0.12.
