deploy broken since 2023-02-06 about actions-aws-eb

It seems that the actions runs inside docker, so maybe we need to add that workaround inside entrypoint.sh example: surefyresystems@03eb377

git config --global --add safe.directory /github/workspace

?

My deployments are broken right now, so thanks in advance for any suggestions!

For reference, I tried the following but it didn't work:

- name: Checkout
  uses: actions/checkout@v2
- run: git config --global --add safe.directory /github/workspace
- name: EB Deploy
  uses: hmanzur/[email protected]

As you point out, hmanzur/actions-aws-eb runs inside a container so the git command would have to be executed there. Can you please explain how you were able to do that?

@YevgenyAnanin I solved it by deploy with zip file by another tool actions/beanstalk-deploy.

This method is success. I changed resource:

      - name: Deploy to EB
        uses: surefyresystems/actions-aws-eb@master
