Don't seem to get the expected output about zio-clippy

Hey! Thank you for reporting; I'm currently traveling, so I'm slow to respond.
The plugin only tries to detect the "noisy" type mismatch error that has the entire ZIO signature in it, i.e.:

In this case, Scala seems to detect the return type mismatch and shows it in a simplified form, so the plugin has no effect.
In any case, I'll look and see whether it's something I can improve on.
