Develop a softphone sdk library

Build a softphone sdk around the sipstack. The purpose of the sdk is to hide the SIP¨protocol details, and facilitate in a more phone friendly api.

Replace AbstractTxState abstract class by ITxState

Since AbstractTxState has no implementation, it is better replace it by an interface.

Add line and character index tracing to SipLexer

Extend SipLexer so it keeps track of line and character indexes when lexing the message. This way, when a exception is thrown during parsing, this information can be
used to pinpoint the unparsable chars.

Develop a primitive sip proxy server

Create a SIP proxy server to service a SIP user domain. The proxy supports user->IP address resolution. The proxy does not suppport DNS, it is LAN only. The sip proxy server, queries, the 'Hallo' SIP registrar, for all address bindings, in the domain.

Add Get/SetDialog() method to ISipTransaction

Add Get/SetDialog() method to ISipTransaction.
This is needed since both 'Invite' and 'NonInvite' tx's are used when sending messages in dialog. (ex:bye)

Move transaction field to SipAbstractDialog

Move _transaction field out of Client-ServerDialog to SipAbstractDialog.
SipAbstractDialog needs this information to filter incoming responses in the ProcessResponse method.

Create interface ISipTransaction as a base for SipClient-Server Transation. Move Request & GetId functionality out of SipClient-Server Transation to base.

Add TCP protocol support to the transport layer

At this time the transport layer, supports only UDP protocol. Extend the transport layer, so it facilitates UDP, as well as the TCP protocol.
