why don't you sync the machine-readable_anwendungshandbuecher directly with the blob storage?

wouldn't this be easier as you could skip the repeated hour-long extraction with kohlrahbi which is done for the machine-readable-ahb repo already?

instead of

• repeating the kohlrahbi setup
• repeating the format-version /docx detection fun
• repeating the extraction itself
  you could just add a trigger on pushes to main in the machine-readable-ahb repo with this action:

the proposed chain is longer, but way simpler imo.
