Create floating ip on masters about kubernetes_the_easy_way

The master nodes now have an extra ip that floats between them. One is giving this ip by Pacemaker and Corosync, and if it dies, the ip is given to the other one. This means that at least one master node always have the Virtual floating ip. This ip is then used by worker nodes to ensure that they allway can connecto to a master node on one adress/ip.

Master-2 now has the extra ip of 192.168.50.20.
