this bug should be filed with teh android repo
https://github.com/home-assistant/android
also we already mention this is necessary in the project readme and you can even use the mock file as mentioned
from companion.home-assistant.

please follow the readme file in the actual repo as it contains all the steps you need to follow. Also this is not the correct repo, please create a new issue mentioning all the steps taken in the correct location
