I'm Stef Baughman, I am a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer with experience leading and working on diverse, international teams building end-to-end products. I have experience in Front-End and Back-End Development, with React and SQL to manage scope, communicate effectively, and build products.
As the Lead Software Engineer at Co.Lab, I worked with a talented team of a Product Manager, Designer, and another developer to build end-to-end solutions for our SlackBOT product development. My Co.Lab experience exposed me to the amazing diversity in tech and made me want to make a career change into software development through Alchemy Code Lab.
Following Alchemy, I was at The Collab Lab, where I worked with three other developers to build a Smart Shopping Application that tracks individuals' shopping trends. Through The Collab experience, I gained valuable knowledge using Agile Practices in asynchronous work. This further encouraged my determination to build a tech career. I love the team of creating something together.
Currently, I am working on the HubSpot CRM.
