Hi @djeh012,
Actually it's a good point. NaN shouldn't be in the input, so the 0s will be better.
However, the pretrained networks I provide are not trained to handle missing keypoints, so the result may be awkward.
Also, I tried to train Pose2Mesh with augmentation filling 0s in random keypoints to handle the missing keypoints, but the outcome was not robust to missing keypoints.
The 2D pose input of Pose2Mesh is represented in coordinates, and 0s also have specific meaning.
