Support for GNOME 3.20 about ceti-2-theme

The update may take a while. Basically the whole theme is broken and I don't know when I'll have the time to fix it.

I also wish to see Ceti 2 ported to Gtk 3.20, I love the theme as well as I love Arc and sincerelly I wish to see it supporting GTK 3.20 😄

This theme is amazing. I moved to Arc for a time being, but I cannot wait when Ceti-2 will be updated. I feel like I lost my home ;) .

I've switched to Vartex for GTK+ and still use Ceti-2 as the shell theme, so it still feels a little like home :)

I just keep that discussion running to tell you that this is THE most awesome GTK theme.

Unfortunatelly I've been on 3.20 for a couple of time and never have found a theme that gets near to this beauty.

Please update it, I loved this theme but now I can't use it. If I had the knowledge I would have fixed it but this is what only you could do. I'm still switching between various themes but nothing is like Ceti.
