Doconce > DocOnce? about doconce

I vote for doconce but it is up to @hplgit to decide if we should change it.

Thanks, Aron, for pointing this out - it's beyond a European's
imagination...Since there is quite some text with Doconce as a name and
also use of the doconce command in lower case monospace font, I suggest
Doconce -> DocOnce and just keeping doconce.

Took 1 min to auto substitute and push the update.
