*_html not working about doconce

How did you install doconce? I just tested the version on github and there
is no problem with slides_html. Could be that you have a very old version...

Yep, my bad. I had just installed the one pip install doconce gave me. As soon as I got it from github, it worked. Thanks a lot, I am really impressed with what I've seen of this tool so far.
