Rscript run.R

Distribution

The files included in this distribution are as follows:

  • README
  • models.R: prdictive models
  • data: directory containing test data
  • run.R: script used to analyze data and generate figures
  • pca.plot.R: use to generate PCA plots
  • my.code.R: R functions required to run "run.R"
