Any errors in the console?
To check the console, run spicetify enable-devtools in the terminal, and press Ctrl+Shift+I/Cmd+Shift+I and check the console.

It worked the first time, by the time I activated the "show Volume bar" option, the FullAppDisplay disappeared, now I can't active it anymore. Is there any chance I can reset the settings of the extension? I already uninstalled and reinstalled but I the problem persists

Sorry, it's a problem with the new update (1.1.85) the volume function doesn't work, I would recommend you downgrade and wait until spicetify officially supports the new version
