Hi, @JulyMarc ! Thanks for reporting this issue. No worries, nothing is lost, just looks like format mismatching issue.. To investigate that, could you please tell us what's Label Studio version you use, and perhaps some of the tasks in JSON format you're trying to export.

1. We use web version and worked online (there is not any "version" text line on pages).

Sorry, didn't get it, what's the web version? you can check an actual Label Studio version by fetching /version page, or by running label-studio version from terminal
