Isotope: Remaining errors in Isotope data about sead_change_control

Temporary (unverified) fixes

• Reference to missing method_id:
  • method_id 23 changed to 1 (Isotope-ratio mass spectrometry) in tbl_isotope_measurement
  • method_id 5 changed to 2 (Acid Extraction) in tbl_sample_groups
  • method_id 138 exists in public SEAD but is missing in Excel. Left as is (no action).
• Reference to missing sample_type_id:
  • method_id 15 changed to 1 (Ceramic part) in tbl_physical_samples

This is one for Mats as I'm unsure how the data-structure mapping was done here.

I fixed the errors and i added the new file to the isotope folder for import. filename: isotope_data_latest 10-03-2020

@MGE4 is the data in SEAD production OK as is or are there other changes except for those mentioned above? In such a case I'll leave the data "as is" in production since it in such a case reflects the Excel.

Since the data has been deployed it would also be easier (and safer) to apply a fix to the SEAD database i.e. create a change request of the faulty data. The Excel import system doesn't incremental updates, so the entire submission must be removed before it can be reapplied.
