采用github action的自动化持续集成工具，自动地将这个仓库的所有代码同步覆盖到gitee。

SDK分发优化待办

• release包、snapshot包、本地测试包分开。
• maven-publish插件从build.gradle.kts中抽离出来。
• maven-publish插件的其他内容的配置完善，如source源码也一起打包。
