Container not working in docker-compose with swarm about rpi-mysql

The problem with swarm mode is that it wants some metadata for its placement.
As we build these images on amd64 based CI agents this metadata is set wrong.
I've added #12 to create a manifest with the correct metadata.

Before:

$ docker run --rm mplatform/mquery hypriot/rpi-mysql
Image: hypriot/rpi-mysql
 * Manifest List: No
 * Supports: amd64/linux

After:

$ docker run --rm mplatform/mquery hypriot/rpi-mysql
Image: hypriot/rpi-mysql
 * Manifest List: Yes
 * Supported platforms:
   - linux/arm/v6

Please try again, maybe you have to pull the new image again, but I guess swarm will look at Docker Hub automatically and fetch the new fixed image.
