As far as I can see, the code in this repository was created during your work at the Friedrich Miescher Institute (FMI), so technically, the copyright owner is the FMI (while the authorship stays with @i-namekawa, obviously).

Would you be fine with changing the license accordingly, to accurately reflect the legal situation?

I'd like to suggest that this repository be moved over to the fmi-basel organization, so that someone from the Friedrich Lab or the Facility for Advanced Imaging and Microscopy (FAIM) can take over the maintainership of this code. (Moving repositories to a different org keeps all existing links functional, so no information will get lost by the move.)

We needed to make a few changes recently and also have updated installation instructions, so to keep the git history clean, I'd rather like to commit to the base repository instead of a fork at fmi-basel.
