About Rate I will try set frequency manually to check.
About freeze I will try get log if freeze again.

But for now I get again the problem of "not have internet".
I checked my WAN and is in DHCP Mode and when I click in DHCP Renew I get this output:

When I restart DIR-3040 all is OK again:

Hmmm but the problem not is internet or DNS.
I'm using DIR-3040 connected by WAN to my primary router, so the WAN IP received it's internal on my network.
DIR-3040 is losing functionality in WAN port.

Yes, stock is OK I'm use as the same way before change and used a mikrotik too as the same way.
When problem not occurs, the DHCP Release and DHCP Renew works 100% on WAN using this config.
I never see this problem too.

that lease time looks wrong though

with my WAN connected to the modem, i am always getting a lease time.

sounds to me you need to configure or figure out why that lease time is zero. it should never be zero because that's when it should be renewed.

i bet the stock fw did something to address this. you're the first person to report this problem.

also, is your dhcp start configured to 3?
i think by default the dhcp start value is much higher (64?)

No, my DHCP on router internet start from 2, but I'm using mikrotik on 2.
My planing is replace mikrotik by dir-3040.
About release time probably is because in internet router i marked this dir-3040 to not change IP.

Normally people use provider router as bridge and the private router as a WAN - PPPoE.
In my cause I only put in provider router my internal router in DMZ mode.

I think i found the problem.
I get the same problem, so I find, copy command line and kill udhcpc.
After that I run again udhcpc with the command line and WAN back to work.

The problem now is know why stoped working and how fix.

it may have to do with syntax differences in the bash script /etc/cidrroute.sh between busybox and glibc-based bash, but i cna't say for sure.

but i do know this file is called when it moves from an unbound to a bound state. try to play with that script and let me know, because it is probably the only possible issue.

no, it only turns off if you turn off the radios. you can turn of all 3 radios by holding the button at the front.

i am not going to add that feature either, lol. sorry

Hi @i3roly, I still have problem with WAN Port :/
I already know the port and cable is OK.
I tested WAN with Static IP and after a while stops too, no error no log and DD-WRT show IP like nothing have changed and it's the same when WAN in in DHCP Mode.

I noticed that the WAN port is as vlan2, can you activate the Setup - VLANs in DD-WRT?
Very thanks

Ok, but you can enable Setup -VLANs?
For now I changed WAN to eth3 to test.
