You are missing the 0 forecast day in your dark sky config but using sensor.dark_sky_overnight_low_temperature_0 in the card config. Add a 0 above the 1 in the dark sky config and restart HA

I am seeing this too I followed the steps from here

It works mine was due to poor format of the ui-lovelace statements. Correct one that works as bellow
