Thinking a simple sheet with 7-day, 30-day, 90, 365, Forever averages. Include average point and servings per day, point quality. Need to ignore zeroes.

Considering which data to ignore:
For everything, don't count days in which servings are less than a certain number. It likely means incomplete data.
For macros, ignore all zeroes. If the user ate anything, they'd have >0. It means they didn't track that day.
