Can you provide the operating system ibm_db is installed on. I am assuming this is Windows, where we we have a typecase issue between SQLLEN and integer that causes the NULL to not be noticed

Yes, it's in Windows. Well, it's only a problem in local environment. When I deploy it in IBM Bluemix, the problem is fixed maybe because it's over Linux.
