not sure there is much we can do about this issue. I will need to look into it more to find out. I suspect it is an issue with all the new generic requirements.

I could not recreate this issue. So I would suggest trying this with the Main branch of iced_aw and with the latest iced. As placing it like you showed above does not break compiling. So I am closing this issue since it can not be reproduced.
