Hi! The Jupyter meets the Earth team and I wrote an example research workflow for the 2021 EarthCube meeting. The purpose of this is to show how to use various Jupyter tools for a research project. We used ICESat-2 data and icepyx in the workflow, and maybe this can be a good resource to consider for making the icepyx example gallery...

Also please let me know if you have any comments or questions about this toy workflow!

We'd love to have this added to the example gallery! @salvis2 did some incredible work to get us set up on Pangeo-gallery, but if I recall there were still a few errors we hadn't yet sorted out to actually get things to render without errors. I'm in the depths of a few other dev items right now, but I will bump this back up the priority list for once I have a few of those getting wrapped up. If you've got time/energy to work on this, I'd be happy to get you up to speed on what should be done next. Perhaps a useful topic to visit during Monday's icepyx meeting?
