Add quick plots from OpenAltimetry about icepyx

Visualization and quick data query using the OpenAltimetry API would be a great asset to icepyx. @icetianli, I will add you to the Hackweek icepyx development team, which will give you the ability to create a branch on the icepyx repository and push directly to it. This way we can begin directly incorporating the resources you've developed into the icepyx code.

Hi @JessicaS11 Thanks for your reply and adding me to the icepyx development team, it's really exciting to be able to combine OpenAltimetry API with icepyx! I am also wondering if it's possible to add @friedrichknuth into the icepyx team as well? We have been working together on this issue since the geohackweek and I think he could contribute a lot to the development of this section!
