No, Iconify only provides icons. Any custom css is up to user. The only css it injects is this:

span.iconify, i.iconify, iconify-icon { display: inline-block; width: 1em; }

That causes placeholders to have 1em width, so text around icon doesn't suddenly move when icon loads. Usually its not an issue at all, but if computer is slow it could be noticed, so that css prevents it.

All icons keep custom attributes and classes, so you can keep that "spin" class in your css and add it to list of classes for icon you want to spin:
