Add a CI test about idarling

Okay, I'm planning to construct it next month.

We can use AppVeyor if we want a Windows CI worker.

How would you perform the testing? The events are all triggered by some user action, it seems difficult to emulate them. Also, how would you check if the plugin has behaved as expected?

We can simulate the user input using some script
and we can put the script in test mode and retrive the script output to check it ;)

Not too sure where this is going. I'm gonna close the issue to clean up, but feel free to reopen it if you've got more information/a proof of concept.
