Trigger change on function maskBehaviour about jquery-mask-plugin

I've done a little changes to the plugin to fix the reported problem and other problems the plugin have.
Comments:
1º The method destroyEvents does el.off(); I've debugged the jquery off method and using it without parameters doesn't do anything.
2º You don't want to remove all events you only want to remove the events created by this plugin. As so the plugin must have it's own event namespace (http://api.jquery.com/event.namespace/)
3º Now the method destroyEvents clears only the plugin events
4º I'm intercepting the blur and focus event so that I only trigger the change event if any key is pressed
5º If you want you can add this changes to the plugin :)

@prainho jquery mask plugin are on version 1.0.2 there is a lot of changes since version 0.11.5
