I was able to reproduce your problem on 1.4.3. You are using the configuration from 1.4.4+ which adds support for validating multiple structure folders/files. Upgrade your version to the latest. https://github.com/Igorkowalski94/eslint-plugin-project-structure/releases/tag/v1.4.4

Everything works fine for me locally.

I see that the error is not from the console but from the file. Have you tried closing and opening the file?
Sometimes when changing the config structure, eslint may show the previous state.
Does the error also occur in the console?
Do you have the latest plugin version 1.4.6?
