Rework the Trigrams Cushion about iguana_acs_functions

Without modifying the Cozy factor, 300 from 60 isn't that big of a jump, once you take into account that there are five additional tiles taken up.
240/5 works out to 48 per tile. 3 tiles at distance 1, so it's nowhere near the extreme values provided by Boss Drops.
Increasing/changing the material requirements could be one way to balance it out, but these are just preliminary ideas, not a PR being merged. So any further discussion should take into account all possibilities.

* Increasing the Qi Gathering effect. 60 for a single tile while occupying 6 isn't enough. Maybe 300 and increasing the Range?

300 is way too much (if you're planning on modifying the range too), something between 90-140 should be normal (and non-cheaty...?!).
