This instance of manifest should be capitalized to Manifest.

I will also note that the Navplace Viewer would render the Collection. I will let you decide how you feel about the warning that the Collection does not have the navPlace Extension context.json

I don't think the navPlace context should be required at the Collection level in this case. I can adjust the language about Manifest.
