DilateLabels on 32-bit label images doesn't work about morpholibj

no, this was not intentional. Should be fixed easily.
For distance equal ot 1, I have to check.

I found the bug (was using the method "get" instead of "getf", which is more versatile).

oh, and I updated management of distances to have a dilation also for radisu = 1. committed in 40b71aa.

Oh and one more thing. When comparing dilateLabels to its clij counterpart, I noticed that dilateLabels with distance=1 doesn't do anything. I guess internally the distance map should be increased by 1?
