It wasn't flagged as an outlier, because the_geom = null, resulting in a km_per_hour of null, which is not flagged. We could flag km_per_hour = null, but that would throw away the first record of a series and every record directly following one with a geom = null.

It's probably better to flag or even remove records with the_geom = null.

It is unclear however why the original coordinates where not georeferenced by CartoDB. A test should be added to check for those.

1. Is it georeferenced?
2. Has it been correctly flagged as an outlier?

OccurrenceID of the record has changed and has been removed by GBIF. Problem fixed.
